Drama at Work
Training for You
We use professional actors to recreate events and emotionally charged situations at work. Our actors bring a dynamic to training that makes a lasting impact. With effective facilitation and motivational feedback, this intervention enables people to reassess their behaviour and make changes which will impact situations at work and enable them to communicate with confidence.

In the first instance we will work with you to clarify the areas you wish to focus on. Using your objectives, we would then design situations that are relevant to those areas. If you would like to see examples of the ways in which acting can work for you, click on the PDF file for guidance, and then view the video next to it. We can also design tailor made versions of these for your business.
Creative Training
You do not need to "act" Acting is a professional skill and our team are expert at it! All we ask is that you play your professional selves. What we provide is a safe forum within which behaviours and skills can be explored. Your role in the drama can vary from the observational to the participatory. Prompts and feedback can be taken from the floor and fed into the action to alter outcomes.
More Drama at Work - 'Whose Work is it Anyway?'
We can improvise on challenging issues or situations affecting you at work. It may be a client interview, an appraisal situation or a management issue. You give us the context and the behaviour and we do the rest. This gives you the chance to re-play challenging situations. With the benefit of hindsight, these situations can be managed more effectively
